IAgreement and Eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.envihome.co.in (the "Site") and the purchase of products from EnviPack India Pvt. Ltd. ("EnviHome", "we", "us").
- Acceptance: By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Personal Use: Products sold on this Site are for personal, end-consumer use only. Re-sale or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
IIProducts and Pricing
- Product Information: We strive for accuracy in images and descriptions. However, actual colors or textures may vary slightly due to screen settings or the sustainable nature of the materials used.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Unlike B2C, prices shown on the website are generally inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product is out of stock.
IIIOrdering and Payment
- Order Confirmation: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when you receive an "Order Confirmation" via email or SMS.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking through secured payment gateways.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or incorrect delivery addresses.
IVShipping and Delivery
Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Products: Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Custom/Special Orders: Timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you.
Delivery Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability after multiple attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
VReturns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched.
Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
To initiate a return, email customerservice@envihome.co.in with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Exclusions: Items that have been used, washed, altered, or customized are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
VILimitation of Liability and Warranty
- Usage: EnviHome is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
VIIUser Conduct and Intellectual Property
- Website Content: All logos, designs, text, and images on
www.envihome.co.inare the intellectual property of EnviPack India Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes. - Prohibited Acts: You agree not to use the Site for any fraudulent activity or to upload any harmful viruses/code.
VIIIGoverning Law and Grievance Redressal
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Grievance Officer: In accordance with the Information Technology Act, for any complaints, please contact our Grievance Officer at the registered office address or email provided above.
