Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect item. For manufacturing defects, ensure the issue is clearly visible.
Report Within 48 Hours
Email your documentation to customerservice@envihome.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your Order ID in the subject line.
Verification Process
Our quality control team will verify your claim within 24-48 hours. We may reach out for additional details if necessary.
Resolution
